How to do Meditation

Meditation is a spiritual exercise for peace of mind and getting to know our inner self, the soul. It is a way to purify our soul and body.   • Set the timer at an ideal time for you.
  • Close your eyes gently.
  • Focus on your breath, breathing in and out.
  • Concentrate your body at all chakras
  • Let your mind be free from all puzzled thoughts.
  • Come out of your cuckoo land.
  • Try to picture your goal or unfold feelings of love.
